Capt. Rey A. Dinglasan, a President/ CEO, established GMI on September 10, 2012, and at the same time, he organized a senior management team that has extensive experience in the ship crewing industry as well as other related ship operations. Each technical staff member is a licensed Captain and Chief Engineer with a long time of experience in both sea and shore-based operations.
Our Mission – To intelligently select, ethically recruit, thoroughly train, and ultimately nurture the next generation of competent seafarers, who will fully safeguard our Principals’ Vessels, in compliance with the strictest legal norms and professional standards.
Our Vision – To be one of the leading global providers in the Philippines of human resources and related services dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to customers with great enthusiasm.
The long-standing experience of our team makes us fully aware that, in order to achieve the aforementioned mission, we must be consistently value-driven.
It is the policy of Goldroute Maritime Inc. (hereinafter called GMI), to provide its Principals with ship manning quality services in order to meet the customer’s expectations and requirements. We shall exercise our individual responsibility for quality in all our activities and strive for continuous improvement in the level of services provided.

The company set up the following Objectives in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 and MLC 2006 “Private Recruitment and Placement Services” (RPS):
1. To provide quality marine personnel, carefully screened and selected, consistent with customer satisfaction.
2. To provide ship manning agency services only to reputable employers who offer terms and conditions of employment to seafarers, which meet internationally, accepted standards.
3. To maintain a competent and motivated workforce through training and continuous improvement of quality and safety management skills.
Our objectives shall be achieved by maintaining and operating a management system based on the requirement of ISO 9001: 2015, by incorporating the business principle formulated by the ISF for Manning Agents, and by taking into account all the applicable codes, guidelines, and standards recommended by the ILO (MLC 2006), IMO, Flag States, and other Maritime industry organizations.
